Rondi
Perry, RRC
Managing Partner, Perry and Reeves, LLC
Mr. Perry has been in the roofing industry since 1971 as a successful
and well respected commercial roofing contractor and subsequently as
a roofing consultant. He is President and founder of Perry and Reeves,
LLC, a roofing consulting firm.
Mr. Perry has an extensive background
and experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial
roofing. He has managed numerous complex and high profile projects
over the years such as the
Amon Carter Museum of Fort Worth, Lincoln Centre of Dallas, Christ
Chapel Bible Church of Fort
Worth, Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and the Fort Worth Museum of
Science and History. A
number of Mr. Perry’s projects have been regional and national award
recipients. He has been a
member of and active in various industry organizations including the
National Roofing Contractors
Association, North Texas Roofing Contractors Association, Roofing Consultants
Institute, Roofing
Contractors Association of Texas, and Green Roofs for Healthy Cities.
Mr.
Perry is experienced in all types of roof evaluations including roof
failure analysis and is available
for litigation support and expert testimony. He is also experienced
in storm damage evaluation and
subsequent cost estimates as a service to the insurance industry or
building owner. He is
experienced and knowledgeable about the construction industry and the
roles that the various
entities play in the construction process.
Mr. Perry previously served
on the Board of Directors of the National Roofing Contractors Association
(NRCA). He has served on a number of NRCA committees including the
NRCA Manual Update
Committee. That committee has overall responsibility for writing, review
and modifications of all
NRCA technical manuals, the most widely used and referenced technical
manuals about roofing in
the industry.
Mr. Perry has earned his accreditation as a Registered
Roofing Consultant, (RRC) from RCI, Inc., an
international association of consultants, architects, and engineers
who specialize in roofing,
waterproofing and exterior wall systems. He has also earned his accreditation
as a Green Roof
Professional, (GRP) from Green Roofs for Healthy Cities, an organization
that promotes the use of
vegetative roof systems.
In addition to relying on his over 35 years
of experience in the construction industry Mr. Perry
continually pursues his technical knowledge about the industry through
Continuing Education
programs through organizations such as RCI, NRCA and GRHC. He has extensive
technical
experience in all types of roofing systems including built-up roofing;
modified bitumen roofing; single
ply roofing; metal roofing systems; slate, tile and asphalt shingles;
membrane waterproofing; and
various other components of the building envelope.
He is a past president
of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association and the 2007 recipient
of
the NTRCA Industry Leader Award, that organization’s most prestigious
award.
Mr. Perry is a lifelong North Texas resident and currently resides
in Weatherford, Texas with his wife
Amy.
George Allen, RRO, HCCRI
Roofing Consultant
After twenty-eight years in corporate executive management, Mr. Allen joined
the roofing industry in 2000 as a commercial roofing estimator, project
manager and later as CEO of a well-respected commercial roofing company.
He is currently a Roofing Consultant with Perry and Reeves, LLC.
Mr. Allen has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial
roofing evaluations, cost estimating and project management. He is experienced
in the technical aspects of roof analysis
including storm damage evaluation as a service to building owners and insurance
companies.
Mr. Allen previously served on the Board of Directors of the North Texas
Roofing Contractors
Association. Other active roofing association memberships include the National
Roofing Contractors
Association, Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, and the Roofing
Consultants Institute. Mr.
Allen has earned his accreditation of Registered Roof Observer, (RRO) from
RCI, Inc. and has also
earned the accreditation of Certified Commercial Roofing Inspector, (HCCRI)
from Haag Engineering.
Mr. Allen attended the University of Santa Clara, in Santa Clara, California
and has been a Fort Worth resident since 1990.
